Under Kickstart if and employer takes on a young person aged 18-24, the Government will pay their salary for 25 hours each week at the national average wage for 6 months. The positions created must be additional to your current requirements and employers are asked to help with employability support. Funding and advise is available to ensure that this is not a burden to your business.
