Join the smash padel wellbeing group every Thursday to help your mental wellbeing
We have covered a lot of ground this past two months, letting you know about community groups you can attend to help your mental wellbeing. To further support you, we are going to promote more projects relating to physical exercise that can also boost your mental wellbeing.
Physical exercise has been proven to help people with their mental health. So, if you want to take part in physical activity our next recommendation is to join in with Bicester Smash Padel.
Smash Padel combines two sports, tennis and squash and has proven a great way for people to get fit. Smash padel is easy to pick up and is a fun way to get active. Every Thursday a group meet to enjoy a smash padel session run by Sport in Mind. Here is their banner advertising their session.
The great news is this group is run for FREE. Sport in Mind are an award-winning mental health charity.
