Making friends at St Edberg's coffee morning
We went along to St Edburg’s coffee morning on Saturday to enjoy a hot drink and loads of cake. We enjoyed making new friends and learning more about the Church.
For those who are new to the area St Edburg’s church was founded back in the 12th century, and is a towering sight in the sky in Bicester. They have been around for more than 900 years worshipping God and play a huge part in the town’s history.
St Edburg’s run their coffee morning once a month and open their space up to people who need a warm and need a bit of company. Not only that they also offer affordable quality clothing for people to purchase if they require low-cost clothing.
They also have a raffle where people can enjoy taking part in winning some quality prizes. Here are a few photos of the coffee morning taking place at St Edburg’s Church on Saturday.
