"Because Talking Matters" event at East Bicester Community Centre a success
Yesterday we went along to an event called “Because Talking Matters”. It is a new event that is being run out of East Bicester Community Centre.
It is for people who are 50 plus years old. It has been launched to help older people connect and to have a little company.
We were thrilled to see the response from the community and saw a pretty good crowd of people turn up. But don’t worry they are not full there is plenty more room for those who couldn’t make it. The next event will be held on Wednesday February 12th starting at 9.30am and ending at 11.30am.

This is a fantastically run group. A big well done to the leaders and volunteers who gave up their time to run this event for those who need to make friends, enjoy company and needed to give their heating a break in their homes.
