Join one of our monthly Beginners Courses. These run on Friday evenings and include small group sessions, with a minimum of 8 participants.
Our trial month is for those who have experience with olympic weightlifting and CrossFit. If you are new to this style of functional training, we strongly recommend that you first complete our Beginners Course.
When you sign up for our one month trial membership, we want to show you all that we have on offer and welcome you into our fun and supportive family.
After you sign up, one of our expert coaches will give you a call to book in your initial consultation. This is where we can get to know a little bit about you and your goals.
Once we know what your goals are and what you are hoping to achieve, we can get you booked into your first class. We will recommend which classes are best suited to you, based on your goals. This is a great chance to experience our unique classes and to see our amazing coaches in action.
