Wanting to achieve a better work-life balance after having children, Matt started the company with his wife Julia’s support 6 years ago. Joe, an extremely valued member of the team, has been with the company for 3 years and will often take the role of lead climber whilst Matt completes Tree Safety Surveys for the OUH Trust and Oxford Diocese.
