Micro suction is the safest and most effective way to remove ear wax and foreign bodies. Using special magnifying loupes the clinician can look into the ear canal in great detail. Micro suction it’s not dissimilar to a tiny vacuum cleaner inside your ear which latches onto the wax to pull it out. Micro suction is safe with a perforated ear drum.
