Exec Recruitment Solutions was founded by local business owner Jennifer Williams, who felt there was a gap in the world of recruitment, to do it better!
Jennifer founded award-winning virtual PA Agency Exec Support Solutions in 2018 and as part of her role, kept being asked to find 'really good PAs'. After learning how poorly many other recruitment agencies were dealing with their candidates, Jennifer felt inspsired to buck the trend of recruiters and create a boutique agency that leads with honesty and integrity at their heart of their values.
If you'd like to know how we do things differently at Exec Recrutiment Solutions, and we can support your recruitment efforts, please get in touch.
