They produce some delicious breads as well as other baked items, from samosas and delicious desserts. Here are a few more photos.
Who are the brown bread bakery?
They are a bakery that has been established since 2007. They are an Artisan Bakery based in Ingatestone, Essex. They bake over 300 products from sourdough, morning goods, pastries and more. Their motto is this:
“Offering an alternative to industrially manufactured produce by bringing back traditional skills and giving people a choice.”
This Artisan Bakery believe in traditional baking. They produce their baking products using more hands-on baking techniques. For example, they produce their sourdoughs by giving them 48 hours of fermentation. They hand score every loaf they produce so it is authentically artisan.
They also pride themselves on using all of the finest baking flour made from high-protein wheat. This makes Bicester Market a place where you will find only the best fresh produce and why you should pay the town a visit. The brown bread bakery is a good place to start.
