Come to "Because Talking Matters" on the 12th of March
In February, we joined up once again with a group called “Because Talking Matters”.
We have been regulars at this group wanting to raise the community groups profile. Because we believe that community groups that are run by local volunteers can make a huge difference in how people feel positively affecting their mental health.
We were delighted to talk to a person who did see our social media posts and as a result found themselves at “Because Talking Matters” last month. So again, we would like to plug this awesome community group once more because it really can help people get out of the house and get them into a positive safe environment where they can feel uplifted.

More about the event
This is a community group for people aged over 50. It has been launched to help older people connect, to have a little company, to enjoy a warm space and take part in activities if they want to.
When is the next meet up?
The next date pencilled in for “Because Talking Matters” is on Wednesday the 12th of March being held at East Bicester Community Centre from 9.30am to 11.30am.
There will be hot drinks and delicious refreshments served during meet up.
